A Taste Of Shanxi Cuisine In Belait

Kuala Belait - Plaza Sutera Biru in Kuala Belait is introducing its `halal' ShanXi lunch buffet at a promotional price of $6, available from 12 pm to 2 pm every Saturday.
General Manager Phyllis Wu said the buffet promotion has been made available to provide a variety of food options for people in the Belait District.
The lunch buffet also serves as an affordable introduction to the hotel's specialty - ShanXi cuisine.
"Chef Li Gang and his team - flown in from Northern China --will serve the authentic ShanXi-cuisine dishes to transmit the flavours of their origins," she added..
A daily lunch menu set at $6 is also available at the hotel's '11 Degree Sports Cafe,' which is renowned for its traditional handmade `La Mian' (noodles) and authentic ShanXi cuisine dishes.
The six-storey boutique hotel has 21 suites and rooms of different types on each floor.
Plaza Sutera Biru is located at the former SKBB building in the heart of Kuala Belait.
