James Hon Marketing & Management (JHMM) - the International Universities Specialist in Brunei Darussalam - will be holding its second biannual Study in Australia Exhibition (SIAE) in the Sultanate, drawing the participation of institutions from Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Sydney.
Should students be interested in other destinations - such as Tasmania and Adelaide - they are most welcome to consult the JHMM staff at the Kiulap or Kuala Belait office.
JHMM General Manager Delon Hon said that JHMM planned for the exhibition to be held just before the A' Level exams to allow students the chance to put in an applications with their forecast results for the 2008 February intake.
"Perth is a really cool place to study," said Lin Shao Lun, a 4 As student from Maktab Duli. Together with my MD friends, I rented an apartment in South Perth overlooking Perth city. It's just so affordable and convenient," he added.
Shao Lun is currently pursuing a degree in Actuarial Science and is again the top of his class at the 40,000 students’ campus of Curtin University of Technology.
Another benefit of attending the exhibition is that all participating institutions, where applicable, will waive the application fees.
Incidentally, representatives from Canning and Tuart College will be on hand to interview potential students for the 2008 Year 12 scholarships.
