I just read this news article about a Harvard study on fat mice, skinny mice and drunk fat mice. The researchers have discovered that skinny mice live a long time and are coordinated. Fat mice die and are uncoordinated. Fat mice that drink red wine live a long time and are as coordinated as skinny mice.

Dan and crew, this suggest a change to your training regime is in order.
