Parting shot

Desert racing is still a wonderful sport, partially because even though it is dominated by the multi-million dollar and factory supported teams, it is still accessible to the layman.
An example of this is the hand built bike that was assembled and raced by a hells angel.
For good reason, even the name "Hells Angels" holds an ominous connotation here in the states. These are a hard core group of bikers with a 40 plus year history of causing mayhem, pandemonium and havoc. But, somehow the Baja does not seem to care. This angel made it less than 100 miles before being forced back to Ensenada.
We used five rims during the race. Unfortunately every one ended up in this condition.
Thanks to all our family and friends, and well wishers for all the support. It was another great adventure.
Keep posted for the next update when team Can-Am reunite for a another epic adventure. That's right, I'm calling you out Canadian Bryan and Canadian Brent. The 2007 SCORE season starts in March. So which race will it be, the San Felipe 250, the 500 or the 1000?
