My OperaHot Sledding and a Cold Lunch

Yeahhh. We got our first sled ride of the season. Brent, Cam(Mike's Nephew from our cabin)and I headed out on Sunday. Even though we were up the hill early, we did not get first tracks, however the Aldridges left us a fair bit of snow. The snow was deep and fluffy as shown by Brent demonstrating the wrong way to do a power turn.
This was Cam's first time on a real mountain, and we hoped for some drama, but he rode like a pro. He got stuck a couple of times and not really sure what happened in the other picture.
Kim made us lunch to take, thanks babe, but Brent decided he would use his lunch from last May. We had to stay upwind whenever he opened the pouch on the back of his seat. Whew.
Kim's sandwiches were much better. Hey Mick, if you ate this, you wouldn't need to go to the Gym
Although it might look like were were on the top of the world, we weren't, it was just behind us.

snow looks great.... Sandwich looks yummy too.... I bet it wouldn't bother Brent much if he did eat last years sandwich.. Made it out to Greystokes last Friday. The powder was awesome. Hooked up with a dude with a new turbo powered Yammy. Over 260hp. Crazy. That works out to $108/hp or 0.44hp/lb. Must save up my allowance. Jim finally lost a race. Lets plan a trip to Revy. We could stay at the Peaks Hotel along the #1.
Hey is that the same chute Brent tried to climb last year too??

I think Jim has now lost 2 races. I think I beat him riding the 02 RMK coming down from Greystokes. He is just afraid to hang onto the throttle long enough.
