Fat Guy Follies

The other weekend we headed off to visit Glen at Big White. We stayed at his Cabin, which is for sale. The quality of the lodging was a little bit above what is offered at our place

I figure I have been showing pictures of food for Mick, I should show him something else.
We sledded from Big White out towards Greystokes, finding lots of nice snow.

Glen had to cool off after some hard power turns.


We stopped for lunch at the Hiltin

where we were joined by a Marten, which we named "The Bucket" thanks in part to his fuzzy appearance, quite similar to the picture on the right. Fortunately the Canadian Marten does not have a ferocious appetite for beverages.


After lunch we headed out into the more dangerous areas of Greystokes, home to the little known, but highly feared Fast Growing Spruce, but I'll save that for my next posting.

Mick has been trying to decide on a car to buy. The other day while driving through Stoke on Trent I spied this beauty. Perfect for Mick and the family, although it might show up Deke and Shonas new rig.
