Fat Guy Follies

Chef Jeff invited us round for Sunday Roast Beef dinner. Well, maybe he didn't exactly invite us, but he was quite accomodating once we arrived. I was looking for a restaurant for dinner in Dallas, and as fate would have it, Lawry's The Prime Rib, was just around the corner from my hotel. The Gods had decreed another good dinner.

I am not sure which cow was sacrifised for this dinner, but I must pay homage to it. A mighty fine cow it was.
