Kelly's Mum passed away not long ago after a long battle with Cancer. She owned a race horse and Sunday March 2 a memorial race was held at Fraser Downs. It was very well attended. The 4th race was in her honour. Some of the family and friends were in the winner's circle.
Wee Eric came out and tried his luck on the ponies. He did better than his Dad, but then again so does everyone. He picked the 5 horse on the nose in the 3rd race, but it finished second due to an unfortunate move by the jockey in the last turn.
Eric is up for more horses, once Dad's wallet recovers.
