Fat Guy Follies

Andrew turned 40 the other weekend, so our local was the host venue for his cardigan ceremony. When you turn 40, you are presented with a fine cardigan, and a pair of reading glasses. I kept Andrew's glasses as I seem to have misplaced mine,so he just got the cardigan. It was a great turnout, Kenny from the Worms was playing as 1/2 of The News". Jay was initially banned from playing, due to him ingesting massive quantities of beer after his hockey game. He decided to dance instead. Kenny is in the background. (It is a trick of the lens that makes Kenny look small)

Mike leant his full support to the band, and managed to convince them to let him sing his standard Born to Be Wild. I recall Big Paul with a similar stunt on a James song.

I donned the Full Hoops Regalia, again, since Andrew (a.k.a.Jack) likes Pilsner Beer which can only be attributed to being repeatedly dropped on his head as a small child. Therefore we were all supposed to wear green. Fortunately Andrew's taste in women is better than his taste in Beer. As punishment, everyone in the house had to drink a Pilsner.

Scotty had just received his latest shipment of Two and a Half Men Shirts and was doing his best Charlie Sheen impersonation. Note to Mick - That same girl seems to have left her beer in front of Scotty again.

Mike and Kelly were there,

and Mike decided that a dart tourney was in order, with the winners throwing the mini darts at the losers butts.

Fortunately for Mike, I was on his team, finishing the game with a flourish, so Scotty and Brent had to line up against the wall.

Unfortunately for Brent, Mike's aim with the little darts was no better than his aim with the big darts, so Brent took one in the back, almost forcing him to apply for any future remakes of the TV Series Ironsides.
Kim and Ali were in attendance.

Carol came along for a group hug.

Brenda was in town. Jackies hat got passed around more than..... Oh never mind.

Finally it was time for the cake. Kim made tihs awesome cake for Andrew.

In fact she spent more time making his cake than all of my cakes put together. Hmmmmm......

And at some point through all the frivolity, Andrew got his cardigan.

I think Mike had a butt fixation that night.
