My OperaFriday Cowboy Lunch

Every Friday in Oklahoma City is Lunch at Bad Brads BBQ (actually it is in Yukon OK). Visiting Oklahoma is all about the meat, and Friday lunch is just a good way to wrap up the week. At Bad Brads, the order always is "The Cowboy Special". I am fairly confident this is not how real Cowboys really eat their lunch, while riding around on their horses on the open range, but it is a good story. The newsprint gets pretty soggy just from the kitchen to the table, so I can imagine after 4 or 5 hours in your pocket it would be a real mess. On top of that, I could only hold out smelling the aroma of BBQ for about 10 minutes, so my lunch would be gone before first coffee break in the morning. Do cowboys get coffee breaks????
Here is the "The Cowboy Special" as it hits the table. Note Jerry's fork in the background as he hasn't wasted anytime digging into his lunch.
It comes with all the ingredients to make a fantastic sandwich, bread, cheese, onions, pickle, 2 meats and the BBQ Sauce on the table
You can see my choice of meats for today, smoked Brisket and Polish Sausage
Assembled into a fine looking sandwich.
Step IV, Open Wide.
