Fat Guy Follies

Summer is over and the kids are back in school. That means that the first colds of the season have hit our house. Lots of fun happened this summer and here are a few pics.
We got some time in at our cabin, with lots of excavation work and castle building on the beach

A trip out to Grizzly Falls during a lightening storm added some excitment.

We headed to Jerry and Brendas cabin, where Emily got up on water skis.

And got her arms lenghtened trying to get up on the wakeboard.

Jerry tried to get up on one ski, but was a real mess when we finally pulled him out of the water.

Then it was time for the dirtbikes. Kim decided that these were a little smaller than the race bikes, so she had a go.


Then it was time for the girls to get lessons on how a clutch works.

Despite my initial concerns, Jerry did not get bucked off, and all the girls got a ride.


Emily likes dirt bikes, on account of the fashion statement, big boots and bright colours.
