A few days after ACDC we headed off to see Great Big Sea.
The venue was a little different too, this time it was at Malkin Bowl, in Stanley Park, a very civilised outdoor venue, in a most fantastic setting.
The third difference was that we were Fan Club Memebers, which means priority seating, row 3 instead of row 300 for ACDC.
Admittedly, GBS don't have the same global drawing power that ACDC does, but Alan, Sean and Bob have been playing together and making great Canadian music for at least 15 years.
Any time they come to Vancouver, we try to get out to see them.
It was a great night.
