To go with it: a baked potato just slightly smaller than the size of an American football, a 10" vegetable serving bowl of green beans or squash, several buttermilk biscuits or rolls, half gallon of iced tea (lightly sweetened so as not to put on weight).

Lol. This is a topic that can be expanded so much. After that breezy light course, perhaps a giant slice of heavy cake, like Red Velvet, then some espresso and a Marlboro. Then you can take about 80mg of any popular antihypertensive drug to top it all off. I broke up laughing in the shower earlier at Bryan's new phrase, "personal sized roast." lol
