On our last day in Nakusp, we headed to Burton Beach for beverage, and a volleyball game. I have decided to post this story, since Rocky says I am not invited back next year. Apparently he feels I didn't pull my weight on the Heavenly Hash breakfast. There was much talk about the Dreaded Wall of Parton crushing the opposition ( Karen, Waterhead, a couple of local kids and me). Once the game started, the Wall of Parton started to wobble
and eventually crumbled under the pressure from Waterhead's massive, albeit slightly unorthodox, serve.
Even Big Air Stacy filling in at the net couldn't stop Paul. Here we see Cory still in the recovery process.

And then the cable ferry back home.
Char has just emailed us that the first bands have been announced for next years Nakusp Music Festival. We are getting our tickets soon.
