We got off to a late start, actually it was early for Bryan time but I digress...
Due to the late start we decided to pre-run the closed section of the course out of town to Ojos Negros. Someone flushed just before we ran through one section of the wash, Whew!!. Don't want to wreck in there.
The hotel is quite plush. We have discovered that the wifi hotspot is located in the bar, so it is necessary to do post ride briefings with the wierdest margarita known to man. It has Sprite in it. Fortunately there is no shortage of Tequila.
Here is the pool. The wifi spot is just inside.

We had our first failure about 30 km into the ride when Brent lost his back brakes.. Good thing we got them fixed, because I watched him make full use of them trying to avoid the cactus.
This is not a low budget adventure. Here is the equipment we have in Mexico. The Quad is to tow broken bikes out of the desert.
Must stop now. Too many Margaritas.
