First Injury

We discovered that putting the wifi hot spot in the bar is a really bad idea. The weirdest Magargaritas know to man seemed to have affected the judgement neurons in our brains. They led to Super Margaritas at the Restaurant, followed by Dan's Super Duper Margaritas at Mark Gyvers Bar across the street. I don't know the name of the bar but Mark worked there. He did everything at the bar. Dan's theory was that if you drink a few ounces out of the fishbowl sized glass, really fast, the bar tender might think that he forgot to give you a full drink, will top it up with mas Tequila. It seemed to work well.
Dinner came with entertainment:

You know the tequila was good when I decided to help the one man band in the bar. Despite many discouraging looks from Haviera, I was unphased. I think that put an end to the evening's entertainment. To be fair, Brent and Dan started singing first, however they managed to stay close to the correct key.
Somehow on the way home, Dan stumbled and torpedoed a lamp post, messing up his shoulder. The good news is that we didn't think about trying to steal the bigass helicopter that the Mexican Army parked just a couple of blocks from the hotel.
Needless to say it was a late start to the ride today. We rode 96 km south on highway 3 to San Vincente, and then turned west and headed out to the ocean. The ride up the coast was really cool, even if all the Neurons weren't firing. We only rode to Santo Tomas, and then came back up the highway

Main Street San Vincente above.

Riding through the little fishing villages all the kids would come running out with their hands out. They want stickers. They block the road so you have to stop. Didn't have any today, so we had to promise to bring some back for them tomorrow.
Steve Hengeveld and Mike Childress showed up in town today, so we might actually have some competition tomorrow.
Cheers
