Greeting homo’s(apeians). I have made it back from the Baja, with a big smile on my face. I have lot’s of stories to tell, and they will all come out in due time. There were jumps, bumps and stumps to deal with. Lot’s of dust, fog and of course, rocks. My goggles kept getting blurry and seeing was a bugger. When vision was good, I can’t believe some of the crazy stuff I saw out on that course.
In fact, at one point I swear I passed a truck load of these four s*** talkers I know hauling their bike out going the wrong way on the course in the middle of the night.
Me? I’m doing great. I really did the Baja for my motorcycle buddy, but as a side benefit it really turned my girlfriend on. So much so that she has invited me to go camping. I agreed on the condition that I could bring my rafts and maybe do a little whitewater running.
I’d like to write more, but I have to run. There is a chilled bottle of Rose’, a Costco size jar of peanut butter, and my girl waiting in the tent. You add it up.
