I have been monitoring the Team Can Am communications, and had my spy photographers out following them around. I heard that there were rumours flying about the 1000 mile race this November. I thought they might be interested since this years race is a true Baja 1000.It is a point to point race, not a loop, and the purists consider this to be the only real Baja 1000 race. It traverses the entire length of the Baja running almost the same course as the first race, 40 years ago. I figured this goofy crew might try something however, when these spy pictures turned up, I was totally unprepared. I still do not know what to make of them. Anyone have any ideas?
It is definitely the Flying Desert Monkey guy though. Even on a tiny bike, he has his butt firmly planted on the seat, and the outriggers are down in one of the pics.
