No Hot Rod and a Deep Freeze

Tuesday Night I went to bed in Oklahoma City and it was 18C outside. I woke up yesterday morning and it was 1C and by last night it was -4C and raining ?????? Holy Major temp change batman. The ice storm caused many accidents. Then it turned to snow. I rented a Jeep this time, so hopefully there will not be any driving incidents. It has a V6 with traction control, a bit redundant I might add. However it is not as gutless as the Chevy HHR I rented the week before. There is no part of the HHR letters that stand for hot rod. It looks cool until you start moving, then you realize you are in an Cobalt econbox with a cool body. I took it to Indy to try for some lap times, but they were not fooled and would not let me on the track.
The requisite picture in the Indiana cornfields.

Last week also found me in a factory where they have the longest hallway I know of. It is over 1/4 mile long. When I am standing in it, it looks like it goes forever.
Cheers
