My OperaMeals for Mick

Regular readers of my blog will know that my buddy Mick in Scotland is trying to lose weight. He has signed up for the gym, and is posting his trials and tribulations on his blog. Click here to read it. As any good friend would do, I am offering my support in the form of meal suggestions for him. Today I present lunch at Earl's Rib Palace in Oklahoma city. This wonderful creation is called "The Smokestack"
It consists of Grilled Polish Sausage, Chopped Beef Brisket, that has been Hickory smoked for at least 8 hours, topped with coleslaw (Virgina style BBQ I'm told), and served on a fresh bun. It is available with Curly fries, Potoato Salad, or skinny boy lettuce salad.
A couple of these would be the perfect dinner just after Mic's Tuesday weigh in.
I really can't let my friends get skinny, or else I will have to change the name of my blog.
