The other week our washing machine started making really loud noises. A support spring for the drum had broken and causing the drum to fall and one of the shock absorbers to separate. Not too big a deal to fix, the parts were in stock. Ever since my repair Kim tells me the washing machine is still making a hammering noise. She finally convinced me to take a look.
