A Momentary Lapse of ..... Seasoning!?!!!

Being fairly set in my ways, and feeling quite secure with my status in the big boys club, I seldom go anywhere near the bathroom scale, however the other morning I stepped on and to my shock and amazement, I was out of the Big Boys Club. 197.8 lbs. I panicked momentarily, how could this happen? I vaguely recall that after eating the airline food on my last trip home from the old country, there was a period of about 4 days, where it was extremely dangerous for me to be more than 5 metres from a fully functional, vacant toilet. This may have been my downfall. I took a deep breath, calmed myself and thought of a plan....
"Quick, to the Grocery store", I yelled to Kim as I headed for the door! Safeway was having a sale on half cow steaks, and I figured a full cow would sort me out quite soon.

These are Canada Grade A Prime Rib Steaks, well marbled and when cooked right they melt in your mouth.
We were headed off to the cabin, so the steaks were prepped with Montreal Steak Spice,
and cooked on a birchwood fire.
And not cooked for very long either.
Kim and Emily even joined me for some steak.
Whew, I made it back in, but will have to stay on top of my diet for the next few days.
Cheers
