Bad Brad's Friday is a tradition that I hold very dear to me. However I do not live in OKC, so it is not always possible to have fantastic barbeque for lunch on Fridays. This week I am in Dallas, so it was possible to get BBQ. I went for the DBPF.
The interior was correct for a BBQ joint, well maybe a little too posh, but no offensive propaganda or flags.
The lunch was good, but it did not live up to Bad Brad's Cowboy Lunch, which lead to CSS. Cobb Switch Saturday.
Some mighty fine brisket on a bun.
Not sure what Sunday will bring, but it will be smoked.......
