Fat Guy Follies

So after my DBPF, and CSS I still had not had my fill of BBQ. On Sunday I headed to the Texas Land and Cattle Company (TXLC) for their Signature Smoked Sirloin. They have a cool logo and website, and the two best steaks I have ever had in my life came from a place with a similar name, The Great American Land and Cattle Company, so I figured I'd give it a shot.
No offensive propaganda on the walls, unless you are with PETA, but then you wouldn't be here anyhow.
