My OperaMonday's Ride

We are back in Ensenada after three days of riding. Typing is a little slower due to a little boo-boo I got falling off my bike.
Anyhow, on Monday we road the highway to Santo Thomas, then the beach section and out to San Vincente, across to Vallee T, and then to Mikes. It was a great day of riding, and I only fell off once, much to the amusement of my compatriots. The day didn't start out so well, with the first repairs happening while still riding pavement, but it was a minor fix and the only one of the day.
Then it was out to the beach.
I rode this section in 2006 Baja 500, so I was able to visit all my favourite sections, like the rocky whoops on the beach. Man I hated that stretch.
We also found a nice beach section to play on, that was not in the race. It was nice to be down here and not pre-running for a race. We could take time out to play around.
I pretended I could ride like Johnny Campbell, when he was chasing Andy Grider on the beach. Johnny hit 114 mph I think. I was a little slower.
