Not sure how to stop all that from coming up, as I don't see it on my phone. I had to sign in to my account once I was back in the office to clean it up.......

Jumbo Yorkshire with Sausages and Chips

I'm trying to decide on how to apply the concept of the "personal roast" to this meal. bigsmile chef

Dave
The Yorkshire on that plate is about 5 times the size of the ones we have at home in the muffin trays. That would qualify it as a personal sized Yorkie...

What is that thing?

A Yorkshire Pudding is an English device used to hold gravy. It is served with Roast Beef. It is made from Flour and Egg, and drippings from the roast pan, and baked in a very hot oven. They rise up and are hollow, so you can put lots of gravy in them.

Oh, I see.
Those things were used in the ancient times instead of dishes.
Basically it is the same idea that lead to italian pizza and the "pita" from the middle east.
