My OperaMy adventures in Strat-O-Matic Football

I first started playing this game with cards and dice back in 1990.
I bought the game and about 8 teams from 1985, and all of 1986, '87, and '88.
Saturdays were spent at my brothers house from around 2 pm until 2 AM usually getting in 4 games.
My love for the 1985 Browns team began there, and still burns deep today with the pc game as Fred Bobberts very well knows.
Other favorite teams back then were the '85 Bears (of course) with Mad man J-Mac, and that defense.
The 1987 Browns, and even the '88 Browns.
The 1990 Chiefs were a favorite later on. I believe if my memory is correct I once beat my brother 9 straight with the '90 Chiefs.
Family life took over and the hobbie died down and did not reserface until 2002 when I did a solo C&D replay as the '86 Browns.
It was then that I got a computer and discovered the Strat Fan Forum, and Strat-O-Matic football for the computer. That was it...I was hooked!!!
