I've been getting ready for my trip, but there's (another ) pile of announcements I should deal with before I head off.



Sister Jen celebrated both her Birthday and Bridal Shower recently. Make sure to give her your good wishes.



Sister Melissa's Pub Quiz team is celebrating their first victory. Well done.



On a more serious note, Brother Sprogger has been suffering with his leg lately. I'm sure a visit from the congregation would cheer him up.



And please welcome our newest member Fenrisswolf The menagerie keeping growing.



Finally, do you feel you have something to contribute to the church? Something you're dying to tell the congregation? Some inspiration work of art you want to share? Well, now you can!

I was poking around in the church's account settings and Opera now gives the option to allow posts in the blog and albums from any group member. Of course I enabled it straight away.

I look forward to seeing what you will post here at the church. So what are you waiting for?

A few pieces of news from your tardy Irreverend.

First off, a long overdue welcome to our newest member Sister Maya

And a welcome back to Brother Tech, who has returned after a little sabatical.

And let's not forget Brother Dan's big news which made the headlines in the OC.

Finally, Sister Elly is looking for some positive vibes today, let's help if we can.

The newst member of the Church

In 2005, my only goal was to quit smoking. I finally did it on 10/25/05. My goal subsequent to that was to find a form of exercise that I can integrate into my life such that I engage in that activity more than erratically (I've become quite passionate about walking).

Good for you. I hope we can help in some small way.

Be sure to pay Sister Katie a visit and offer her your encouragement.

Our little congregation has grown once again, and we are honored to introduce our newest member, Opera's famous fox expert Words! Welcome Brother Words and may Walky watch over you and your little canine friends.

Not sure if anything needs to be said about our latest addition to the congregation. You can't be on My Opera without knowing of KayFour.

She's already been MOTW (another one for the group ) and I'm bettting that she's paid all of us a visit at one time or another, along with the rest of My Opera. When does she sleep?

So, let's all give a big welcome to Sister Kay!
