We always believe what we tell ourselves to be true. Instead of telling yourself negative thoughts about yourself; you must start telling yourself positive affirmations. Over time you will come to believe what you are telling yourself. Affirmations must be repeated at least three times when you are saying them to yourself. Affirmations tell the thinking what to think. If you do not choose something, do not think of it at all. What you think about you are attracting to your energy field. Don’t sit around and think scary, and fearful thoughts if you are trying to create a positive outcome. Having off the beam thinking creates painful realities.
