We, OCC team were invited (again) to give presentation at a vocational high school. And this time was SMKN 2 Bekasi. The school are located near Jakarta and roughly 1 hour drive from Krisnadwipayana University campus. SMKN 2 Bekasi has several majors such as otomotif, accountancy and network computer engineering. We arrived there an hour late and have been waited by participants.
Mini seminar then opened by committee chairman Mrs. Asmainita followed by welcoming speech from SMKN 2 Bekasi Principal Mr. Made Supriatna.
There were listed 245 participants (student and teachers ) attended this mini seminar.

This was our last Internet café in our first round installing Opera 10 in Internet café around Gunadarma University campus in Depok, Indonesia.
The team involved in this mission were Yeremya Davin Pratama, Bonaventura Pinandito, Barli Dharmajaya, Leo Senjaya Chandra, Dini Urwati Usqa and Andina Rahma Istiti (all from Gunadarma University) and myself.
The Patch was our 5th Internet café we’ve visited and has 40 PCs ready and connected to the net.

Gold level members,
Risanto Darmawan: a junior lecture in computer science at Krisnadwipayana University in Indonesia. (Risanto is in the picture, on the far left!)
Last semester Risanto co-organised and/or spoke at 8 presentations about Opera, attended by a total of 1250 people. He helped Opera Software staff during our visit to run a university seminar, Mobile Monday presentation, and a computer exhibition. Risanto has also contributed a lot to our online community, helped with translations of Opera.com, and been a driving force in getting Indonesian Campus Crew branches to meet up to share their experiences with each other. Awesome work!

As initiated by Risanto Darmawan from Krisnadwipayana University. We arranged a meet up for discussing our plan for the next semester ahead. It has been a while since Zara announced the most active Opera Campus Crews. At first we planned to gather Opera Campus Crews from Jabodetabek regions in STMIK-NURI and meet Opera Campus Crews from NURI unfortunately we had to change the place for meeting since NURI was not available at that moment.
Then, i had a chat in Facebook with Yere (OCC from Gunadarma University). Occasionaly, i thought that there is a good place in my campus (University of Indonesia) for arranging a meeting then i proposed the place to Yere and he brought it to the forum. Yere contacted other members from Gunadarma University and Mr. Risanto Darmawan while i contacted my OCC friends from University of Indonesia.
As planned for first August in this year, we met up under the leafy tree which hid us from direct sunlight in the periphery of one UI's artificial lake called Danau/Situ(lake) or for short Danau UI. It had been 3 p.m and there were Oscar and Iqbal from UI; Yere, Mega, Yogi from UG; Mr. Risanto from Unkris.
The agenda for our meet-up are discussing about what event that we can do for the next semester (joint program) and anything related to OCC.
Now, it is time for sharing our moment

STTI I-Tech, seminar, Krisnadwipayana University, campus crew

This time I gave an Opera Mini presentation to the student of STTI I-Tech Jakarta Indonesia along with Pak Harjono, 2nd Deputy Chairman (also a member of OCC-UK) in Student Gathering event. The event was held on Friday, 12 June 2009. STTI I-Tech Jakarta is located in south Jakarta near center of business area.
I shared the student with Google things and a little about social networking and closed with Opera Mini, how you could visit your site using your phone.

Opera Software Team seminar at
Krisnadipayana University on Thurday, 18 June 2009.
About 74 participants attended this seminar and mostly have attended one or more Opera presentation before. And they were very excited meeting Annisa Putri and Zibin because they only heard and saw they pictures.

On 4 June 2009 we confirmed the Trans7 tv officer (Fori, thanks for the invitation) that we will come and be an audience in Opera van Java show. We arrived at the studio at 19.00 WIB and just thought that we were late then found out that the taping (recording)was about to begin. In this event there were OCC Krisnadwipayana team and OCC Gunadarma University (Yogi and Mega) joined.
A Brief about Opera van Java show,
It’s a famous legend stories, comedy based TV Show that now becomes a popular show. The concept is new model of wayang (Indonesian puppet).
