Still Growing

I just started listening to these Japanese language audio courses while I work, because 10-12hrs a day of mindless work can be filled with education at the same time. There are three levels, each with about twenty courses, I am about to start course four in level one. I think that the lessons are really well thought out, but one disadvantage is that I will not learn what anything looks like written down. It's something I have always wanted to do, and now I am trying to meet that potential.

Just earlier today I registered as a user in a forum where many people are looking for friends who can help with languages. I found one fellow looking for help with his English, he is a native Japanese speaker and I would like to help him out. To me this is amazing, we live in this world where everything costs money, even water, but we can still find people who just want to make friends with people, instead of making money off of people, we can still learn and teach for free and make friends at the same time! Woooooooo!

So here I go, hopefully the friendship is strong, and hopefully we are both good teachers and good students. It's great to be learning something new again, and not just which tasks to preform in what order like a trained monkey.

The internet really helps to break boundaries and connect people bigsmile
I too have been wanting to learn Spanish but haven't gotten around to start seriously, hopefully one of these days I'll kick off my procrastinating habit and start doing things.
