What i discovered today.....! weight loss!

I have been online for 3 hours or so, reading tons of articles on weight loss, separating facts from fallacies!

if there are any weight watchers out there..its really worth checking out!

Quick tips are

  • Eat every 4-5 hours.

  • Eat plenty of veggies and fruits.

  • Eat more grains.

  • Drink plenty of water.

  • Drink green tea.

  • Practice portion control.

  • Avoid caffeine and soda.

  • Avoid junk food.

  • Avoid animal fat.

  • Avoid onions n garlics.

  • Avoid fried, boiled or cooked veggies..eat them raw.

  • Curries are very rich..if u seriously aim to cut down your meals should contain only 4-5 ingredients or less and every thing you put in is an ingredient (count salt as ingredient too).

  • Don't ever mix 'startch and proteins' together..potatoes with chicken or meat, pulses with minched meat etc dese become very potent and dangerous...

  • Exercise regularly ( i am swimming, doing cardio and yoga).
    make your combination and do the tiring once 3 times a week only..like i do cardio alternative days..but yoga n swimming daily)

  • Take supplements..i.e. Viamin B12 n follic acid.

  • Sleep soundly. Meditate before you sleep and eleminate all stress factors.. stress is an ugly killer!

  • ]Keep a daily food journal.

  • explore recipes..

  • folllow the 90/10 rule that is if you follow your diet 90% break it 10% times without feeling bad about it!

  • if u eat a fresh salad bowl and a small scoop of daal of your choice before every meal..you won't feel eating anything else..however take a bit of everything thats cooked at home..


  • Don't compare yourself with others.


  • Be motivaed!


Ps:- i am not an authority of food and nutritions however my plan is working..even my skin is getting better n i feel great!!

good to know that you are skin is getting better, since your experiment is revealing results now i must ask you miss fit to counsel me with tips of weight increase:D as i can't keep stones in my pocket anymore incase of fat wind blowing

I know its hard..but nothing comes without a price..da harder you try quiting da better the reward shall be..!

they are da 'good food' that gives you energy wihout adding on you!!!
