Thomas supports the plan to hide, to make her parents shock,

Back at home her father tells her he is a spy for the police,

Coen Vels is captured, the kids chase the motorboat the Vespa,
Eva Vels finally calls the police at the location,....
The three kids stay in the bushes, than Eva with a hockeystick following her father, who has a gun pointed at him,
Together they over~master the man with the gun,
the police enters at the scene.
An end with a smile, Parents kiss again.

The tree,
A family living in a house with a big tree next to it.
The man/father of 4 children dies while driving his car.
The daughter who just got his watch is in the car during this moment of his heart attack, the car drives into the Tree.
The daughter climbs the tree and feels as if her father still lives in it.
she climbs the tree daily, talks to it and hears her fathers voice,
When she tells her mother, they get a bond and strong feeling about it.
their secret becomes a local problem when the wind and a storm and draught change the Tree into a house with problems,... leaking pipes and a toilet with frogs, a dead branch on the house makes a hole in the room where mother sleeps. after a 1st Christmas without father and with a new friend/the plumber and employee,.... The house is damaged by the roots of the tree, the tree needs to be cut, but the family is confronted by the passion and stuborness of the daughter, who strongly believes that her father's spirit is in the Tree.
