An imposing traveling to Fuping Natural Bridge National Geopark / tongtong
If the experience on 1.May in jianianhua meant a carnival to me, the travelling on 5. May to Fuping Natural Bridge National Geopark was a wonderland I landed on. Four families in my husband's department yesterday went to Natural Bridge in fuping, my family was one of them. We joined one travel agency named Bowen, it took us four hours to get to the destination.
Honestly speaking, I didn't expect the travel so much but an another chance to climb the mountain, so that I could lose some little weight, the thought was gradually eliminated along the way we ascended upward the mountain. After several small waterfalls babbled over the rocks and pebbles, there came one after another bigger waterfall in secession, with musical sound reverberating as if it was narrating the story of its beautiful history.
The most imposing one is Yaotai waterfall, upon the eyesight, there was a high cliff, with geographical textures, in the middle of the wall of the cliff, there was the waterfall,the drop of it is 112.5 meters
Where the water came from, I wondered, there was a grotto on the top cliff, from which the waterfall poured down exuberantly, when we mounted some more steps, we found the answer, the uphill waterfall forced down , the grotto was the result from the force, thus there came many crevices, cracks and clefts of rocks with the effect of water wash and metamorphous effect, eventually the complete rock structure gave way to an opening, from which the biggest waterfall formed. It was amazing! Standing under the bridge, I felt even a little bit cold in a shady natural bridge. My heart was filled with awesome admiration to the power and beauty to the nature. This was why the bridge named the Tiansheng Bridge in Chinese. It was formed by washout and collapse . It is 27 meters long, 13 meters wide and 13 meters high. Combined with Yaotai Mountain Milky Way Waterfall, it formed a natural geological spectacle. We took a lot of photoes there and came near to feel the water spary which wafted over our faces.
with clear and melodious sound accompanying, we went on our climbing, upward we saw some ices, it was incredible, for the temperature was about 30 degrees,where the place was higher the temperature was lower, and it was not easily be shone by the sun, so the water freezed, formed an ice slope by the waterfall, many visitors climbed on the frozen waterfall to take the snap. You would exclaimed to see there was one small opening with water flowing, and another slim opening, quite suitable as a stair for visitors to climb on, some ice in grotesque shape looked just like jade sculptures, which were extraordinary as if done by the spirits.
The Mountain is 2,144.5 meters above sea level. High mountain, grotesque peak, trees and green grasses make the scenery very gorgeous and make the place quite outstanding. the groups of waterfalls are the largest waterfalls in northern China , Tiansheng Bridge is China's largest natural bridge, or Stone Bridge, a formation of metamorphose rocks. This is the first discovery of such a bridge in China. Above the bridge is a 60-meter waterfall and below the bridge is a 112-meter waterfall. The whole group of waterfalls is concentrated in a mountain valley. They range from dozens of meters to 100 meters. The valley with 9 falls presented a magnificent view for visitors.
On the way downhill, we sat on the cable car, so that we could have a rest and enjoy the view from above, which gave me a panoramic scene. the beauty of the nature, together with the feeling of sitting cable car, made me really feel thrilled. It was a worthy travelling in the seven-days vocation .

Exciting day on May 1 / tongtong
It was a sunny day on May day, with my daughter's suggestion, my husband and I agreed to spend the time to play games in Jianianhua, which is a brand of an international amusement company, profited from its being mobile, especially focused on big cities, which can invariably bring it as large as visitors. And this time, it came to shijiazhuang, on such an important festival day, a big season of vocation, so we would not hesitate to take the chance to experience the true fun of Jianianhua.
We went through Yu xi park, next which was the way to jianianhua. A lot of people were playing in the Yuxi park, some toddlers, with their parents' beckoning hands, postured many cute postures, which really gave people a strong sense of festival, feeling relaxed, light-hearted, gay and jovial. I felt more jolly with all those merry scenes beheld, thinking I made a good decision to go out.
Meandering through the wandering river, brushed through the willow leaves' kisses, climbed over the rugged rock hill, we arrived at the back of the Jianianhua. From afar, the loud cheerful sound wafted to our ears, which bubbled up the zest and we almost raced there in a few minutes. 
It was five long queues waiting for tickets, like five long dragons aligned under the sun, besides, several ticket scalpers were busily mongering and barging their tickets. With about half an hour, my smart husband got tickets and we cheerfully entered the play ground and started our exciting time.
My daugher walked labyrinth by herself, then we played ocotopus, a ocotopus-shaped entertainment machine, it had a ring of eight arms (tentacles) around the head, on each arm, there were several seats where we sat in. When the eight arms revolve in a route of big circle, each arm with several seats rotates simultaneously according to different path, from being lower to being higher, slanting orbit, with the speed and height pressing. My daughter lost her countenance when it went fast and started to sqeeze into my arms and asked when it would stop, I was forced to be brave though my nerve was challenged too with the height being escalated. Thanks god, It gradually slowered as my fortitude felt groan a little, I felt quite relieved and relaxed after it. 
Then my daugher strongly suggested to play dodgem car, that is kind of bumper car, a small low-powered vehicle driven on a special platform where there are many others to be dodged. My daughter handsomely drove the car by herself, deft and nimber, the music was filled with vigor and animation, giving every spectator an urge to have a try. 
After that, with my husband and my daughter's enthusiastic push, I agreed to play bungee jumping with my daugahter, it absorbed some elements of trampoline, or bounding table, with high swing. It was an exciting game, both for children and adults, without age's limits. The worker helped me to fly with the accumulated elastic from the rubber rope, he pulled the rope, together with me, upon the spring-mattress and then suddenly stopped, like slingshot, I was catapulted high in the sky, wow! In the blink of an eye, I was able to enjoy the overall view around the play groud in the sky, a kind of bird's eye view, it was stimulating, refreshing and stirring, the instant feeling was gorgeous and had streak of triumph.
I watched pirate boat swinging in the sky, people on the boat screamed terribly when it was flung high enough, a girl was crying awefully in her boyfriend's arms, it was so scary and painful that it made the viewers want to cry together, anyhow, it was kind of mixture of excitement and adventure. I thought adults should play more than children, so that adults could have a complete relaxation. Above all, from challenging the guts of our adults, we became more younger, more confident and more liberal, being open and being optimistic.

My husband stayed at home with me whole day for his being ill, and my unit being decorated, I felt warm with his presence at home, but unfortunately he could not enjoy the meal I cooked for him, he only ate a little. Anyhow I was happy that he felt happy with me together.
We talked in the balcony randomly, from my two sisters' buying houses, to my daughter's loveliness, then the subject fell on the flowers I planted in my house, especially the flower named barbadoslily，or amaryllis, the chinese name is Zhu ding hong. Of all flowering bulbs, amaryllis are the easiest to bring to bloom. This can be accomplished indoors or out, and over an extended period of time. The amaryllis originated in South America's tropical regions and has the botanical name Hippeastrum. The large flowers and ease with which they can be brought to bloom make amaryllis popular and in demand worldwide.
The amaryllis comes in many beautiful varieties including various shades of red, white, pink, salmon and orange. There are also many striped and multicolored varieties, usually combining shades of pink or red with white. The type I planted is in orange and red. It is very beautiful, with large lily-shaped flowers on tall stems. Typically, each flower stem produces four blooms, which open within 2-3 days of each other. Hearty bulbs of large diameter may produce more than one stem at a time.
At the top of each main stem is a bud case which contains the flowers. This will enlarge, and open, revealing the flowers. At first, the flowers are green, and will develop their color over a period of days before the petals unfold. At the time that flowers are opening, I keep the plant moist, without drowning it!
I took the bulb from my unit several years ago and it was not potted when taken home, I simply put a pot quite small as wide as the bulb. Last year, I changed a large pot to contain the bulb which grew bigger.
My mind was jolted while we were talking of this plant of amaryllis, it's because of the the bulb, and the changed bigger pot, and years of growth which make the plant bloom much more brilliant this year than ever. I couldn't resist a secret excitement of this discovery, which meant a lot for me, I realize that when a tree has deeper roots, it is assured of its growing tall and strong, I recognize it is not worth trying to propogate amaryllis from seed, as it would be a multi-year project until you produced a bulb capable of flowering. Then how about a person ? I thought so merrily for it offered me a good subject of my blogging, and above all, it endowed me an inspiration in life- to build solid foundation and contrive a good stage, added with patience, then the blooming day will come.

Choose to be cheerful / tongtong
Last night, an indescribable anguish seized me suddenly out of my awareness, maybe it was stirred by some subconscious stress, which almost bashed me and I could not cheer me up, as if I was fooled and was isolated somehow, the nameless affliction robbed me of power to proceed with my routine though I attempted to repress it, I attempted to wrestle a logic explanation but I was too tired to continue and fell asleep with mind still cluching that question.
I got up vigorously this morning and my sombre mood last night was dispelled clearly, how refreshed I felt and I went to the park, which was gay with many early birds there doing morning exercises, dancing, playing boxing, playing badminton and kicking shuttlecock. I joined them cheerfully as I arrived at the play ground.
I played heartily shadowboxing and badminton with many fellow friends, reviewing last night's episode, I gave an ease smile, there a saying came to me which goes like this: the most difficult thing in the world is to control oneself. Yes, I acknowledge it more than ever, I was bashed last night for I didn't try hard to fight against the devil which lurked in my mind, it seized every chance to wreck havoc to my cheerful expectation and perspective. Though I attempted to wrestle against it yet I was too tired to hold the battle and fell asleep with the mind still grappling for an answer.
At times, we maybe become meloncholy, yet we'd better check us from plunging in the gloomy mood, we can do it when we believe that each day is a new beginning, each efforts will pay off eventually in this way or another, each good wish will be received well, each dog has its day. When we stop asking so many questions and focus on what we are supposed to do, then we will find ourselves soon as gay as larks.

This Morning / tongtong
I went to the park earlier this morning at 6, though the sun was peering in the east then, many of the shadowboxing fellows were warming up by bending and flexing their muscles, some greeted me with surprise of my earlier arrival. I was truely happy to see them and to do morning exercise with many buddies, which was quite different from the the year before last year, I was alone running and jogging around the park by myself, without an acquaintance in sight.
The lady a little bit older than me called on us to prepare for playing shadowboxing, so we stood in alignment, with feet apart a shoulder's width, then Lao zhao, with his hallmark of a portly belly, shouted: "start", then the most grandly beautiful performance was in display by all of us.
Within the interval of another round of another set of shadowboxing, I played badmintion with some buddies on the groud, I felt vigorous indeed and enjoyed it so much.
Again, upon the time I was going home, I stopped at the bookstand nearby the street, the book I read yesterday was disappeared, a slight of pity crept into my heart, clouded the brisk spirit in me. I should have bought it yesterday, I thought so. In the life, there are many things and people we miss just because we didn't value the chance when we have it. With this thought pondered in mind, I went home, thinking of cherishing my life, my families, colleagues and friends.

晨练归来 / 同同
打完太极拳,玩了一会儿羽毛球,我感觉汗淋淋的,因为风大只好作罢了我满身的力量和满心的兴致.我就收起行装回家，走到公园门口的马路上,看见摆书摊的周围已是站满了对知识饥渴的人们,我想看会书来弥补一下内心那份隐隐的饥饿感.
不用太长时间,我想着,就拿了一本格言书,我的选择得到了回报,短短两篇短文给了我精神上的锻炼和洗礼,顿时我感觉天更蓝,太阳更灿烂.
人生短暂,这是成年人最清楚的.怎样活出意义来,这是人们一生的追问和课题.不同年龄段有不同诠释,不同心境也有解释差异.茫茫人海,大千世界，你在追求什么？你开心吗？你忙吗？你富裕吗？
我不想做一个闲人，我追求一种健康的生活方式，我追求自己有几个非常了得的朋友，他们思路敏捷，正直可靠，幽默风趣，博学多才。这样子，我就很开心。我要与他们在人生路上相互激励，在保持独立的同时，有合作的默契。朋友啊，最难得。结交一个好友也许要用一年甚至几年的时间，可是短暂的几分钟就会因为失去信任而毁灭友情。所以，我常常告戒自己：不要以自己的眼光和态度去品评别人，特别是对朋友。要明白，每个人都是值得尊敬的，特别是朋友。要学会理解别人和宽容别人，特别是朋友。

Dabble at badminton / tongtong
With, my colleague, Ms Zhao's recommendation, I plunged into the badminton zest in the past two days, my husband accompanied me to play badminton in the morning in the park, I felt really great.
Starting with a correct grip is the foundation for beginers to build, which will decide the power and accuracy of the stroke and shot, it includes forehand grip and backhand grip. I can shorten my grip and place it nearer to the shaft when serving and hitting from forecourt and midcourt so that it can increase control and accuracy, there shall be a v shape between the thumb and index finger. On the other hand, in case of backhand, the thumb should be placed against the back bever of the handle for greater leverage and power.
Another fundamental skill need to possesse is footwork, good badminton footwork is an ability to reach the shuttle while on balance, you can skip, shuffle, glide, bounce, chasse and lunge on court, try best to deprive the opponent of time, you can use suitable movement to have a good shot.
To grasp the good serve is essential to improve the badminton skill, it's can be regard as a weapon than just as a serve. there are high serve, low serve, flick serve and drive serve in different purposes.
Badminton Clears are the most common and important of all badminton strokes that can be played overhead or underarm. These shots can be played both on the forehand and backhand sides. there are defensive overhead clear and attacking overhead clear with different trajectories for you to prepare next stroke with sufficient time. The underarm clear is usually played from the front court area to your opponent’s back court.
Use the badminton drop shot to move your opponent to the frontcourt. It will create space in the midcourt and backcourt for you to exploit. there are slow drop short and fast drop short, respectively driving at the forecourt and midcourt of the opponent.
The smash is a shot hit with power and speed downward to your opponent’s court. The angle and the steepness of the shuttle’s trajectory will make it hard for your opponent to retrieve. Contact the shuttle further in front of your body than the clear or the drop shot.
Badminton Drive shots are shots that crosses the net flatly in a horizontal trajectory. It can be played both on the forehand and backhand sides. The drive is an attacking shot that is usually played from the sides of the court when the shuttle has fallen too low for it to be returned with a smash. The shuttle shall be between your shoulder and knee height.
Badminton Net Play is an important area that requires more finesse than power. A flick of a wrist could send your opponent scrambling back. There are 3 types of net play, including net shot, hairpin net shot and net lift.
Practice makes perfect, with zest and practice, I will improve my skill in badminton, playing badminton is of great fun, and I really love it.

The beautiful Hu hu Water scenary / tongtong
Yesterday my unit organized a one-day sightseeing to Hu hu Water, a place located 30 km on southwest of Pingshan County, there were four buses carrying us cheerful colleagues on the road heading for the destination. I was carsick, so I took medicine and put on mp3 to listen to music so that it would distract attention.
About two hours later, we arrived at the place and I put away mps in my bag and stretched out my arms, looked outside, the fresh scene was immediately zooming in my eyes, like a brisk happy bird, I flew out of the bus with the great joyness.
Huhu Water ecotypical scenary featured canyon, temple, waterfall, virgin forest and patriotic education as a whole, it's the wonderful combination of "red revolution" and "green travelling". there was the first waterpower station at the foot of Huhu water, 
which was designed and built without any prototype for reference in 1947 by the principal of industrial and transportation college, together with some technical personnels, it was named as "red power plant", and was started by Zhu de. It opened the new page that Huhu Water power station contributed to China's war of Liberation. We was amazed at the spirit and courage of our liberation army. 
In no time, we went to a mysterious glen with stones laid there as path, with two sides lined with trees, passing through the dell, the view upon our eyes was brightly captivating, and I heard the HuHu sound and saw the beautiful Huhu water
It was truly beautiful, we approached closer to feel the water splashed downward, some of them fell on my face, it was exhilarating. Many of our colleages took photoes to memorize the moment. the air was fresh, added with the fragrance of the soil, which enchanted visitors with spell. A long waterfall flied down from sky as a dragon disgorging water, and as if white stretch of calico was spreading in the air around the green moutain, which by itself accounted the myth of Huhu water to the visitors.
Where the water came from ? I couldn't help wondering and the answere was found in the five pools one after another upward the moutain, the most most charming place was the lover's vale, the beautiful tale tells that a monk in a temple who preached kindness and doctrine to the people going there, and he helped viligers quite often, especially a girl, her only relative, her brother, was dead too, he cared the girl with concern, the girl was touched and loved the monk, so she asked to marry the monk, who declined with reason that he could not go back to the cecular but eventually his heart was melted with the girl's deep love and they left the place even since to pursue their love.
Leaving the lover's dale, ahead of the path, which led to a place named "a ray of sky", where the steps were steep and dangerous, with one rope dangling for visitors to hold as a help in case they could feel secure. From the name, it indicated a ray of sky above when one can climb up to the top, so it's the sports for the brave. Many of our colleagues were brave enough to climb up and gained the sense of accomplishment. 
I went down the moutain with some colleagues who didn't work in my department, we talked and laughed along the step and had a break near the dale, some of them fetched spring water from the openings, which was great. As time for us to leave, we still felt reluctant to budge, the beautiful place, Huhu Water, a natural scene, a human and educational place, I was so much pleased that I was once there. With this thought in mind, we boarded on the bus and headed home with satisfaction.

The girl in the barber's room / tongtong

I went to the barber-shop nearby after dinner last night, I wanted to add some nutritions to my marceled hair, and I meant to take the chance to enjoy the terrific service from the girl who worked there.
The girl washed my hair with great care, I closed my eyes to enjoy the comfortable feeling from her rendering of my hair, after a while, she finished the washing and led me to the chair on which she would add nutritions on my hair. I didn't think anything but listening to the music they played, my favorite song, "ju hua tai", at the same time, I gazed at the mirror before my eyes fixed on the wall. It was truely relaxing and enchanting.
The real fantastic part of her service came as she stroke my head with her hands and fingers after adding nutrition, I must acknowledge that her hands were really powerful, I have never expected that the girl, young and tender, could have so much strength in her hands, because I was almost attempting to scream at her first second dashes of stroke, she seemed to press her hands on some particular spots of my head, of both cerebral hemispheres, though I felt a little bit pressure, yet it was genuinely comfortable, then I shut my eyes tight and enjoyed her pressing, her fingers inserted into my hair deftly and repeated the pressing in different spots, I assumed they were some important cortexes.
Two deep crevices on the surface of each cerebral hemisphere divide the cortex into separate regions, called lobes. Each side of the brain has the same four lobess: the frontal, the parietal (the upper posterior region), the temporal ( behind the temples), and the occipital ( at the rear of the brain). these areas are of great important to to the brain functions, they respectively take charge of motor, somatosensory , auditory and visual functions in nearby areas. That's exactly why I feel refreshed after the stroking and pressing of her skillful service.
Is that cool? sure, from time to time, I go to the nearby barber-shop to have a hairdo or add nutrition. I appreciate the girl's devotion to her work, I appreciate their service, so I am a frequent visitor and a loyal client, maybe that's what I can do for her too in return. I always think no matter what do you do, as long as you do your best with professional skill and spirit, you are a wonderful person and will be treated well.
