Fun/Gym... OUCH<br/>

People says you have to train yourself.
Not only the mind but also your body.
Well, I slightly disagree....
Of course you have to do something not to be sick: eat good food (like me! I eat 3 candies/toffies packs per week: it makes me feel happy, I do not need to coock and my brain thanks me for the sugar!) and do not stay too much sited or lying....
But that should be all...
Every morning I see people training on the standing running path (I do not know how it is called in English, we call it tapirulant) and I feel sad for them...
They seem to be a bit on the stupid side: running, not going anywhere, suffering and breefing a terrible air! OUCH!
And if you go inside the gym you'll see a much more terrible environment.
There are strange ironed machines to stretch your body, horrible weiges people try to lift up....
Those things remind me of the terrible tools the "Santa Inquisizione" was using! ARGH!
And if you see the people around you'll feel sicker and sicker.... Panting, ouching, red-purple faces... Pain and suffer is all around....

Neverthless I subscribed to the gym.... Why?
Because as soon as I see this terrible masochist way I can rush to the sauna, keep the pain in the other rooms, forget about everything and everyone and finally having a very relaxing time....
When I go out I feel so good! My body has reached my brain status (=melted), I feel happily tired and I can't see the pain of the strange and masochist people in the other room .
Have a good evening world!
I'm rushing to the sauna!
