BOKO HARAM?? What on earth does this mean? This sect has been causing problems recently in my beloved country

My country's independence(Nigeria) is coming up in 2 days time..it is sad to note that instead of people being excited,they are in fears of possible blasts that might occur on that day..
God please come to the rescue of our people and friends,please pray for us..Nigeria has not witnessed alot of infrastructures and developments to be destroyed..we are still very premature for terrorist attacks..

I think its time the United Nation will have to aid some member countries when under security deficits

I just hope the independence day celebration will be a huge success..For Christ sake!, Nigeria does not need such stories of terrorist attacks..not at a time when the world looks at us as outcasts though we are not..I blame some of our elites and politicians for their conspiracy of silence.I could remember the blasts at the UN headquarters and the Police headquarters..Imagining the places of the previous attacks,I fear for the security of the commoners..something just have to be done real quick.
I wish I could have a say,I wish I could effect a change..it is so heart rendering and sickening when you go through the media and your contries reputations will be dragged to the mud..

Honestly,I prefer being in the situation as Greece is now than these bombings and violence but,am optimistic for my country and praying for Greece as well and not forgetting Libya,South Sudan and Syria..
