Same sex marriages are not accepted in many countries in the world, but these marriages can solve some problems which are being experienced in some modern marriages and relationships which results in the creation of a new life/child on earth. 
For example, if you follow my writting on this page, i talked of two gays who were arrested in malawi for conducting an open engagement ceremony, because the law of the country from where these two are from does not allow same sex marriages.
The two were convicted to 14 years imprisonment, but later on the president of the country they are from, pardoned them, due to international pressure, demanding their release from prison. This was also the end of their relationship.
One of them married a woman, a marriage which last only for two months. If the reason for gay marriage was not being ready to father and care for children, is the child which can come out of a two months marriage, going to be taken care by the father of the child who was once a gay
And who is telling us that the woman he married is a prostitute, and that the woman wanted just to spent with him the 100000 malawi kwacha he was given freely after his release from prison, because after the money finished, the woman dumped him, i wonder.
I feel the likely giving birth to un wanted child of this man could have been avoided by gay marriage.
