A healthy diet.

A healthy diet is mainly cereal products. They have a lot of complex carbohydrates, protein, fiber, vitamins B, C, E, magnesium, potassium and minerals and are a major source of energy.

Rice cereal is the healthiest in the world. It is recommended for individuals with food allergies and gastrointestinal problems, and allergic to gluten. It is easy to digest.
It has a lot of vitamin B, phosphorus, iron, potassium, and magnesium, which causes that have a greater resistance to stress.

Sugar, especially white has very little nutritional value, but a lot of calories. Therefore, you should also eliminate sweets in addition to drinking sweet drinks that are bad for our diet.
