Darn it. Please turn off the blinking links. They're making baby Jesus cry.

And the SWF in the background makes the links in your post unclickable.

Vy Nguyen 29. July 2009, 14:54

Oh didn't notice that~! Thanks.

K~! Just removed the flash file. But oh boy, the blinking links look cool to me~! :D

Stomyr 29. July 2009, 19:53

DrLaunch 29. July 2009, 22:29

I suppose the web designer community speak well for themselves. Blinking text is not good practice in websites. And it makes the site less user friendly.

Death the Brain Eater 30. July 2009, 04:18

Yay!!!No more blinking link
btw...I like ur first speedial pic :D

Vy Nguyen 30. July 2009, 04:41

Okie dokie~! I removed the blinking links. Who wants to commit a crime, anyways? :yikes: ...Now, it's STARRY links. :faint:

Oh, and thanks, Death~!

DrLaunch 30. July 2009, 10:27

Why not use a star inspired web font for your page headings? It should give your page a more starry feeling.

Vy Nguyen 30. July 2009, 12:42

"star inspired web font " ? Hmm... sounds like cool, but what is it? I've never heard of that. ( mostly because I'm not very familiar w/ web fonts :ko: )

DrLaunch 30. July 2009, 14:31

Star font and web fonts.

Try setting it on h1, h2 and h3 and set their font size to 1.3em.

Vy Nguyen 30. July 2009, 15:53

Wow~! That's really nice. I'll try it. Thanks in advance!

Vy Nguyen 30. July 2009, 16:03

Done~! The tittle should now be in "Starry font". What do you think? Cool, eh? :D Any comment or suggestion?

DrLaunch 30. July 2009, 19:50

I can't see anything except the default theme. :worried:

Vy Nguyen 30. July 2009, 20:51

Uh-oh~! :yikes: This is so not the first time.
Perhaps moving the code to the end of the CSS file would help. Lemme try.

DrLaunch 30. July 2009, 21:19

Looks great. :D

Vy Nguyen 31. July 2009, 08:20

Are you sure the tittle is already in the star font?
I mean, as I see it, it's still the default font here. :worried:

DrLaunch 31. July 2009, 10:32

It is. And now you changed your blog post font to the starry font as well.

steven 1. August 2009, 02:53

i like the quote
"shoot for the moon, even if you miss, you'll land among the stars !! "

...the speed dial is something i never understood what is it good for  , i never use it.
I have a tab bar....what doing with the speed dial ???
Especially bc it is extremely slow, or anyway is as fast/ slow as switching between tabs :frown:
I've seen on Safari a kinda speed dial somehow tridimensional(3D)...it looks good, but ..what for ??? I do nothing with it !!
So, why don't you guys use your time for something useful ?
...just an opinion

Vy Nguyen 1. August 2009, 13:25

@drlaunch: This is really weird. Here's how my blog looks on my PC. You see, no changes seemed to be made. Any idea? :worried:

Trust me, you'll understand what it's good for when you get older, and your memory gets worse.

Perhaps a cache issue. In reality, I have no idea what could be wrong. Perhaps it's because the font is installed on your computer already.

Why don't you try to view the page in Safari?

Vy Nguyen 2. August 2009, 09:39

Yeah, it's alright now. still got no idea what could be wrong ,though. Homer: Doh!

Download the file here and put it in C:\WINDOWS\Fonts on your PC.

Oh my gosh! DId you make that? :eyes: ... lol it looks wicked awesome.

Anyways, I thought he/she was asking how to install the font.

Vy Nguyen 7. August 2009, 17:13

P.S: Got the trick now.

DrLaunch 7. August 2009, 18:01

I love being passive-agressive. P:

Vy Nguyen 8. August 2009, 03:57

You do?
Okie~!

DrLaunch 8. August 2009, 07:53

Instead of telling people to go search Google for their answer, just link to a search on that site. That way you won't have to tell them why they should search Google, and they'll understand that they should have searched Google first.

Vy Nguyen 8. August 2009, 09:08

Yeah, exactly! That site is awesome.
