Thanksgiving

A Vague Story to Share

The cause started around the Nixon era, and perhaps a little prior that too.
They lived through a turmoil
From political chaos to malnutrition
In a hands of a dictator
Until Reagan was recently elected, they finally arrived here.
Mother- California
Dad earlier in Canada.

Both so strong left scars. I would have never known.
The history text can't convince me itself.

Since it's Thanksgiving and all. I've been thankful for many things, but mostly thankful for stories.

A bit offtopic, but I love this scene.
