Apple Juice and Nap Time

Back In the Days

Everytime when I'm at a bookstore or the public library, I sometimes find myself not skipping the children's section of the place. I could go for hours looking at Eyewitness books or reading some folklore tales with magical things. And of course I always look for some of my favourite nicely illustrated books. I thought the Stinky Cheese Man was hilarious.

At the moment, I've been recommended from a friend long ago to read an illustrated book called A Chance of Sunshine by Jimmy Liao. It's a one sentence line per page, it's imaginative and the watercolours in it are lovely- very child like! However the concept of the story seems a bit too mature because of that it fits well with my age range. Kind of Michael Gondry-like. I recommend to you opera members too.

Anyways how about you guys? Grown out of it? Any favourite children books?

It's amazing how for years we never received any complaints about this vine growsing bush. I wonder if they like it too?

My younger sister's strawberries! They're a bit sour at the moment, but still good to go!
