The man is very lonely and before he throws himself down he is saying goodbye to the only one that was really close to him. Yes that mannequin....
I think he just married her and because she has no legs he feels like this world is to cruel for both of them. So he will jump together with her to find their final peace together.
It is silence over there. The man has a single tear coming down from his eyes, then he removes his glasses, and will slowly fall over while he gently pushes her too. They fall together with the only sound the wind. Then the impact, a awful mess on the street, shortly followed by a lot of screaming and panic from people in the street.
End of story...
