It was quite a chilly evening, I rode on one ride and I almost felt like as if I had a bit of a heart attack. I guess I haven't rode on anything quick in motion for a long time. But I'm glad I actually went just to catch some interesting sights.

I thought this particular topic about Long lifers from cities/town such as Okinawa, Sardinia, and Loma Linda were interesting. All of these senior citizens from different cultures yet still has the youthful spirit. Check out the secrets to living long life and play a colorful slide show. And the pictures are worth to see.
