Deep down a thing crawls within
Its low dark sound within me purr
Scraping talons, welts upon my skin
Hooded eyes shift as it in me stir..

It rips and tears at my decency,
Unleashing emotion that should stay caged,
It howls and scrapes ever more frequently,
Internal little war sickeningly waged,

Blood boils to a thick puss
Tensely it moves ready to pounce
I scream and cry and cuss
But I'm reduced to less than an ounce

I do not cry anymore, although I remember it fondly
Behold what you created,stronger, colder, someone dark and lonely..

I don't know, three days doesn't seem that long. I know at least two people who kept giving up unsuccessfully for months at a time. One of my colleagues has tried four times since I've known him - average time to relapse : four weeks.

I've given up many times.. many many times.. in the end the result is the same.. but I've never given up together with not drinking.. (much p:) so that's the change..
Maybe smoking less is an idea but I'm gonna take one day at a time and see what happens..

Let us know when the money's in the bank/jar and we'll order it. The pound is currently worth 15 rand instead of the 14 it was worth when we got ours, so I'll let you know a good time to send the cash, hopefully when it's gone down again which it's just started to.

I told you about the little jobs I do right? from helping aunts in yards to fixing the occasional home appliance..
The smokes one I work for a guy that lives a town away. Work is just to pick up cartons of cigarettes and distribute them.. yes its legal. doesn't pay much but 2 cartons a month is mine for nothing which I sell as its not my brand..
If I quitted I could make a extra few hundred bucks but that's not gonna happen.. :zip: Already have the cash.. just need to get the bank sorted..

Yup.. after checking what iban was I realised I already asked the bank chick what was needed.. its the swift code and account number.. only extra is the swift code apparently..

Better find out the handling charge first - that's separate to the exchange rate but it's usually a fixed amount based on various ranges.

Apparently one of the best ways to transfer money internationally is actually Paypal.

Not necessarily the easiest (it's a bit of a pain to set them up to receive money), but it can work out cheap. But they don't appear to support the Rand, so I'd forget about it for now.
