Wolf's Reign..

"Highway to Hell"

I write my little rambling note - part 1 of a friggin lot

I write my little rambling note
Calling upon emotions so
well hidden
I look at empty space and dote
How things changed and i sit with a goofy grin

Tentative conversation and amazing feedback
A mind not unlike my own
But completing mine to what it may lack
Amazingly I find myself to have grown

Sweet whispers and impossible connections
The wanting and the longing
The effects of a heart's reactions
Inability to wait for what tomorrow might be bringing

So silently I sit, silently falling into unknown emotion
Gratefull, hopefull, wishfull in still temptation

I got lost in words. Or in translation. There is something with poems written in English and me, sometimes I don't catch them :left:

Cois 10. March 2009, 11:07

Sometimes the meaning won't be found because it only means something to one someone  and thanks Carol:) ,Kim :D, Dan :insane: p::

Whoa! What's going on? Is the Earth spinning backwards.
Cois doing Shakespeare? Well, I don't mean Cois doing Shakespeare. I mean ... well, you know what I mean. Cois writing poetry.

Hey, Darko, it's not necessarily poems written in English that can cause someone to get lost. It's poetry in general. I'm not good at interpretting poetry either and English is my 1st language. Poetry has its own structure, different from regular writing. One practically has to have a knack / skill for interpretting poetry. I have neither.

I did just barely, with the difficulty of crawling up the side of a vertical cliff, managed to extract the meaning of this poem though.

Zaph.. I got it from a uhm.. Book :D yeah that's it .
Sun tan.. You got that right.. I struggled to get meaning from poems till i just did some interpretation for myself then compare it to others and in a few years I sometimes could see what the POET actually wanted to say .
