I got this new number from Sun with full of 3's and one lucky 8 #composition.
I can connect free internet using opera mini 4.2 which can be downloaded from opera website. Just set the OM4.2 on socket proxy or when installed from a Sun sim, it will automatically set to proxy.
Just maintain a below 10peso regular load or minimum 1peso to connect via GPRS. Otherwise you wont be able to have GPRS signal and connectivity.
