HELP ME OUT

Hi, I'm a 25 year old girl, who is in little trouble.
I have been seeing a guy for the last FIVE years. He is
the nicest and the kindest of all and I know I can trust
him completely. The problem is he is old, 39 years old.
I guess I didn't know what i was doing before. I don't
see him very often may be once a week since he works and
my school scheduling. Despite that little time we have,
our relationship has gone deeper and stronger. Here comes
the real problem: recently I met a guy at school, Rick:
he is hot and young. We were doing a project and we got close.
We are kinda going out now from April. So I told my first guy
in March that its better for us to break up since there is a
lot of age difference and our tastes are so different too. Then
the first guy realized that he has been in love with me and
wanted to last forever. I guess I also realized that I am also
in love with him but didn't tell him yet because of Rick.
Rick is hot young guy who can get any girl he wants to but
he focused on his career and I am an average simple looking girl.
The first guy is an average looking guy like me but old and sincere.
I can see that I would be happy with the old guy, with his humor and
the way he treats, but if we go into next relationship (marriage)
would I regret later in life that he is old? Rick told me that looks
doesn't matter much - can I trust him on this? he is straight easy
going person where as I am conservative. From April on the first guy
e-mailed me poems saying how we meant to be each other and how we can
be happy. He kinda know about Rick but says doesn't matter as long
as i'm with him forever. Currently, I am going out with Rick and told
the first guy to see some other people and see where it goes. Is this
a good decision? I can tell that he is hurt a lot when I said we should
break up. he is very sensitive. Should I go out with Rick or the first
guy now? I appreciate any ideas or concerns from you as you are the
only ones that can help me now.
