About me

I am an old guy, something of an introvert in some ways, living alone with only a few treasured friends. In some ways I don't seem to share the same world as many people I see around me. A 'good time' doesn't for me mean sightseeing in a foreign country; eating out at some over priced restaurant; drinking alcohol or getting laid without any sort of caring relationship.

What I do love is ordinary wonderful life I see shining out of kids and animals and a few adults. I love seeing how other people manage to survivie in what is often a scary and difficult world. Being included in their life is a treasure. Being loved is a blessing.

My work

During my long life I have worked at; errand boy, photographer; nurse; delivery truck driver; television aerial erector; adult teacher for yoga and movements; dish washer in a hotel kitchen; owner of a health food guest house; journalist; house decorator and renovator; plumber; electrician; radio broadcaster (seven years); author; psychotherapist; cook; landlord; father and proxy mother.
