The Backdoor of Reality

Hiya!

This is "Radio Free R'lyeh," a shoutbox for use on Lovecraftian blogs and websites. It's a single chat area that spans multiple sites. No matter which Cthulhu-ish site you're on, it's all the same "room," and we're all linked and able to chat with each other. If you run a blog or website devoted to Cthulhu or anything Lovecraft related, just PM me for the code and you can add the room to your site, too. I'd post the code here, but the site would just convert it into another copy of the active room, so I've gotta share it through private messages as a text file attachment.

If you'd like to start your own, unique shoutbox, you can get a personalized version of this same flash code from Flash-gear.com, or you can jump on Google and look for other free shoutboxes. Opera doesn't let us edit or add to the HTML, just CSS, so many of these sorts of scripts don't work here. I chose this one because it's a flash object, and the code works when posted within a message.
