I can't make out the "www" in the lower right corner. Wouldn't mind having one of those, and they may have others. I'll try a search engine.

got it, letteddywin.com. that resolves to http://www.cafepress.com/letteddywin

Usually I find that cafepress' merchandise sux, but these are cute.

You can always get some of this weirdness, but it will make some people mad, or they may doubt your sanity. :D

I thought one of those "Teddy 2008" bumperstickers would be cute on a car and was wondering where to get one. The search engine turned it up.

It almost seems appropriate to put a sticker like that on a car to inject a little humor, or even hope, into the last few strange elections we've had.

I feel defeated walking into the voting booth, in part because it involves picking the least worst, also because of having to use the electronic "black box" machine whose problems are well documented.

I can take a computer apart, put it back together, install an operating system, do ftp, irc, ssh, vpn, wifi, etc., but when I voted in the primary recently I could not figure out how to get the "vote" button to light up to cast my vote. I worry about people who rarely interact with technology being able to cast a vote at all.

The last time I used our ivotronic machine, I saw cables running out of it hither and dither, adapters, and power supplies. My foot kept bumping one that looked like the old thick parallel printer cables. I might as well have thrown a handful of coins in the air and said, "Here, I'll vote for this one".

Here I go whining again!

It's those Bull Moose Party people. A small, but very committed group!

Slackware-Pretty scary story about the voting machines. Glad you found the bumper sticker. We happened to have the still camera on us when we walked past that car.

Dear Mr Past President,

Come back,Teddy,
the stickers all say,
but there's no McKinley
so we'll have to pray
for someone like you
to carry the day.

You don't have to ride
to San Juan anymore,
or even to Guantamo
(they won't open that door!).

You won't need to
"Speak softly and carry
a big stick",
since others have learned
all there is to that trick.

We're sorry young Carter,
whom you never knew,
gave back that canal
(an action you'd rue).

Just come back and do
what you have to do
so that folk see plainly
that although nothing is new
you had the balls
to make it come true.
