We missed Richard this year - hopefully, I'll get another chance to visit in a month or so. In any case, it was great to have some lunch with Naomi and her husband, Jeff.

In case day lilies are your thing, Naomi, they are in full bloom at the Botanical Garden, and they go on forever. I need to post some pictures, but i haven't even started sifting through them all, yet.

@Amir & Pam, Thanks. We had lunch last summer as well & had Richard (Musickna) with us last time. He was out of town this time. Amir, I am obsessed with the pic you posted-it is so cool! :cool:

@Matt We'll probably be at the Botanical Garden tomorrow night for the Whitaker Music Festival, so I'll keep my eyes peeled for day lilies. Cool place, isn't it?

I visit every time i am there, and there's always something to behold. Day lilies might not be so splendid at night, but you never know.It will be fun for you, no matter what, though. :smile:

:lol: Funny thing about that painting. About a week ago, I posted it and the study I did using my daughter's face. The post was about Modigliani and the summer I did several studies of his paintings.
